Bresaola is traditionally produced in Valtellina in Lombardy. It's made from rump beef, one of the most prized cuts, and flavoured with salt, pepper, innamon and cloves before being slowly cured. Light  and tasty, it's the perfect cold cut for all seasons and goes well with many dishes. Delicately flavoured, with the distinctive fragrance of spied cured meat, Bresaola has an even, bright red colour.
