Strolghino Salami

This small salami is made from the trimmings of Italian heavyweight pork legs. Its name derives from “Strolga”, or fortune at one time it was used as a gauge for measuring the ageing of larger salamis. Low in fat, with a notably sweet, delicate flavour.

It is ideal as a starter or appetizer, paired with toasted bread or typical fuses, accompanied by a glass of sparkling white wine.
